Search TipsVerification Reports
You can print or reprint all of the Verification Reports from this form. (If a report button is disabled, that part of Verification has not been completed yet.) If you have closed prior fiscal years, those reports are also available.
- Selection Summary report displays the number of applications on file at the time the selection process was run and the number selected. It includes the Pre-Verification counts of the SFA Verification Summary.
- Selection List report displays all the applications that have been selected for Verification.
- Verification Detail report is available after verification is finished (all results entered and letters printed).
- Verification Summary report prints the School Food Authority Verification summary.
